Henry Pwono

After spending 10 years competing as a professional basketball player overseas, he has transitioned his elite playing experience into a powerful new mission: developing the next generation of athletes through skills training.

His journey from professional basketball to player development is built on firsthand knowledge of what it truly takes to perform at a high level - discipline, skill mastery, mental toughness, conditioning, and consistency.

His experience as both a professional athlete and coach allows him to connect with players and help them build confidence and long-term habits for success.

Founder

Amanda Pwono

Amanda Pwono has been in a basketball gym for most of her life. Growing up with her dad coaching high school, she tagged along to countless games and practices. In high school playing for her dad at Clyde, she was four time All-Ohio and two time division two player of the year with an overall record of 99-6.

She then attended Indiana University where she was a four year starter and three time All Big Ten. Amanda was a 1000 point scorer and rebounder making it to the NCAA tournament and winning the WNIT in her final season.

After college, Amanda played overseas in Luxembourg and Australia for six years. In Luxembourg, she earned her citizenship and played with the Luxembourg National Team. She won two cup championships, two season championships, and was first team all league each year before retiring.
